I tried to tune ILS for either side of the runway (same frequency) and not getting a glide slope? Is there a patch?

MSY and runway numbers FSTRAMP
Hello. I've noticed in my FSTramp add on program it is showing the wrong runway numbers for MSY. I'm using V1.3 of the scenery. I'm assuming this is some kind of AFCAD deal or something? Any ideas how to correct?
