I have the A320 and I have a problem with the EFB. When I try to enter my Simbrief ID, my ID is only 5 digits. The EFB is only setup for 6 digits. I checked with Simbrief thru Navigraph and was told that the problem is with the A320. My ID works with other apps. Please advise me on what can be done....
