Your account has been banned

Unable to download my purchase. When I try to log into LatinVFR WebShop Log-in
I get a message "Your account has been banned"
I manage to connect to your site.

Strange, we just saw you did a purchase today. Email us to support@latinvfr.com since this is account specific.
