We don't know how to fix this other than removing the sloped runway as it is, making it flatter.

That is perhaps the only solution but we then will have many unhappy customers.

I don't know if you'd have more unhappy customers than now, because for me and many other other flight simmers that I've spoken to, that runway is completely unusable in its current condition. You can't land or take off on it without crashing the aircraft, and if you have collisions turned off it bounces around too much to be controllable. God forbid you try to land on it, let alone all the gaps and holes in the taxiways.

Look at my screenshots from earlier this year:

In my view, you simply have to do something.

Things have gotten worse. I think we will have to remove the sloped runway altogether.

I don't want to see the sloped runway removed, but smoothed out a little would be great. Maybe a fresh start / remake of the scenery to v2 with the most current sim build as your starting point would fix it. I know it requires more work but it would be greatly appreciated by all instead of just removing the sloped runway all together.

We are assigning a team to look into this and other issues in the coming days.

We had hoped that recent changes to the SDK would have allowed better terraforming/ terrain design on airports like KFLL.

Unfortunately it did not. So we are faced with the choice of either removing the sloped runway or leaving it as it is.

Removing it will cause a lot of problems due to the fact that the scenery was advertised as it is, and people will feel cheated when its not like that anymore.

We can't come up with a solution that will satisfy 100% of customers, so we don't know how to proceed here, yet.

Will keep thinking.
