After purchasing MSFS2020 Vehicle Traffic I received email saying to download at Contrail. Clicked on that and it had me set up Contrail. Once set up clicked on Contrail and went to download icon but it says I have nothing to download. Could not find anything on your website to contact you directly...so using the forum.

Hi, if you bought on the latinvfr.com site, on contrail login to latinvfr, then it will allow you to download.
If you bought simmarket, click activate to the product and input the serial provided by simmarket.

Purchased on LVFR site but Contrail does not even show that I have a download.

go to the bottom left section in contrail, accounts. then select lvfr and connect using your credentials.
