Flight displays that don't light up

Hi, I'm playing on Xbox Cloud Gaming and I'm having a problem with the A320CEO I bought in the game store. When I'm in cold and dark and switch on battery 1 and 2, my flight screens come on, then go off a few seconds later. And sometimes they don't come on at all. Yet everything else in the cockpit is functional, but it's only the screens that remain black, given that the brightness of the screens is at maximum. I tried uninstalling the plane, then reinstalling it, but that didn't correct the problem, and with the Asobo A320NEO it works fine. Do you know where the problem comes from?

this only happens when you start cold and dark? not when you spawn on the runway with everything on?

Ok so the plane directly spawns on the runway and the screens are off, without you doing anything. Have you tried doing this in different airports?

Yes, I've also tried it at other airports and it's always the same.

I have the same issue as this.
I have the fully installed version on Xbox and pretty much every flight the screens will go black like the plane is cold and dark but it’s not, all the overhead panel lights work but any screen is black including the ipad.

I’ve tried reinstalling (including the latest update) and I’ve just had it again. It usually happens before I even get off the stand but sometime just after take off, I have managed to fly awhile with black screen a couple of times and they have come back after an hour or so but it’s just not great when I really want to fly this plane as it’s a brilliant add-on.

I don’t think your latest patch has worked though so is there any other suggestions? Really want to get this working.

An update is currently being worked on to address this and many other issues users have brought up here on the forum. We know everyone is eager to get the new update installed. We're aware that users have been concerned with how long it is taking. I am also eager as you are to get a new update installed, because I fly these aircraft often as well.

I'm on XBox Series X and on the cloud gaming,
I've bought an A330-900 Neo and an A320 Ceo.
The on-board instruments suddenly turn-off or sometimes even don't turn on.
I've tried everything, restart the batteries, uninstall them, nothing works.
Could you help me, please ?
It's for a chlidren who is very very sad..........
