Pitching roll issue

Post by Byade00 » Fri Nov 24, 2023 5:17 am

Hey guys, new member here.

I just bought the A330-900 on Xbox series S a couple hours ago. I really enjoy the plane, particularly the avionics and the iPad integration. It’s all new to me since I’m on Xbox.

I do have a particular issue though. The pitch "jumps". It does not follow a small, constant roll. It doesn’t react to small inputs and suddenly just quickly increases. This gives a very unrealistic and hard to control flight model. It’s very noticeable during take off. The flight director also tells you to climb with a 20 degree pitch while barely handling speed. Is this an issue other people experienced and is there any plans to address this?

Do you have any of our AIrbus family planes or have you used the default Airbus A320neo?

if so, do you see a similar interaction?

Nope, first time with LVFR. Other planes I’ve bought from other developers don’t have the same issue though. And it’s still happening, I used the plane this morning. Am I the only person reporting this?

Sorry for the late reply, didn’t know you answered.

To clarify: I have used and still am using the default a320neo, but that issue isn’t happening. Forgot to mention that.

Nope, don’t have it on the a320. I’ve seen a YouTube video review though, and I believe that person was experiencing the same issue. I think they were on pc though, and I don’t know their controller.

51:20 to 52:30. He says “feels like the a320 back in its early days” sometime after 51:20.

We released an update sometime after that video, addressing this issue. In any case we will make further modifications to improve this for the next update.
