Product support posting guidelines

Hello all,

These forums will become the primary way of contacting and reaching us for support. We don't mind the postings of issues and images showing problems. We don't require the users to post their receipt or proof of purchase. We expect all users to be respectful of others and of LVFR. We don't mind seeing the issues you might have, we don't mind you being frustrated at us for your issues, just do it in a respectful way.

Please follow these steps:

1- Do a quick search in the forums to see if anyone else posted the same problem, if they did feel free to post on that same thread. (repetitive threads will be deleted or merged) If not proceed to step 2.

2- Post in the correct FS version forum

2- Initiate the thread with the name of the product ie: KMIA v4

3- Please let us know the issue, and if you can post an image, great.

4- Let us know also what other addons of the area you have installed.

5- Allow us 24 hours for a response.

Our support email
The support email is also a correct way of reaching us, but expect 48 hours for a response, it can take an hour, or perhaps minutes.

We wish to keep the amount of support tickets to a minimum by making this forum fully available to all. But our efforts will be always to have a great customer support and have all of our customers happy running our products..
