Unable to install MKJS & MMCZ

I Purchased on Simmarket the following sceneries in 2011 & 2012. I am having difficulty doing a reinstall...the installation process is requesting an authorization code, but the popup window to enter my credentials & product key does not appear. I tried contacting Simmarket, but they indicated that it was not their problem/issue, and I need ed to contact the publisher.
Below are the purchase dates of the scenery...Order #'s & product keys are available upon request.
