KFLL issue

Post by mleuck » Thu Mar 05, 2020 8:40 pm

I just installed KFLL and am getting a CTD:

Prepar3D.exe
4.5.13.32097
5d8abf93
slopedrwyAI.dll
0.0.0.0
5e566fac
c0000005
000000000002919e
322c
01d5f319fe46213e
E:\P3Dv4.5\Prepar3D.exe
E:\bmgp\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\SlopedrwyAI\slopedrwyAI.dll
54950770-3c15-4443-8921-ef32fb0cb4fc

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi, we are investigating, for the meantime you can disable it by going to your documents and deleting the folder

SlopedrwyAI

and you can use KFLL without the sloped runway AI dll whilst we resolve. our apologies

I had one too, but realized that the other KFLL had activated the demo. I removed it in its entirely and flew two flights in and out of Latinvfr KFLL without issue.

Correction/update: CTD on changing views (via chaseplane) during GSXv2 boarding

Hello guys,

I just noticed a HUGE difference in frame rates between when the sloped runway is in view, with when it's not in view.

What should I be seeing with the folder removed? I removed it but that runway now has a lot of elevation issues and the AI is underground.

Yes because the runway platform does have an impact on performance.

Hi, removing this folder you won't have AI traffic going over the sloped runway. It shouldn't cause you issues using the sloped runway or any elevation problems.

Just to provide additional information, I was doing a flight in the Hawaiian Islands, and P3Dv4 crashed apparently by the slopedrwyAI dll. I do have KFLL installed.
