A318 bought on LVFR Store

Hello, I have problem with A318 bought on LVFR store a downloaded by Contrail app to community folder(version 2.0.0). I have Steam version of MSFS.

- No clikspots to move sun visors and sun shades, no clikspots to change mioddle display(doors, engines, flight controls info etc)
- No clikspot to open door to cabin.

I know that these click spots was fully functional on marketplace version and I see it on some presentation videos on youtube as well.

Where is problem?

Hello, no mods, clean download. I also bought A319 and this works fine... Sun shades, doors center display can be operated with buttons under...

Can you show me a picture of the cockpit on the 318?

It seems that after instalation of A319, A318 works fine. I don't know where is problem, but I try restart game, change livery - nothing works, but after install A319 works both...

But i discovered little texture problem in both planes VC(seen on atached screen) - litle blue placard is cut in half... And if I may ask you, is there chance to have czech livery?:)

I have the same problem. I play on PC and purchased the a318 from Contrail application.
I have no other airbuses from LVFR and no mod from Horizon Simulations installed.

The synoptic pages on the central pedestal are impossible to click with mouse. Cursor just disappears while hovering on buttons, and sometimes is like a little white circle appears instead (but can't click). Same problem for the cockpit door handle and sun shades.

Any help would be valuable.

Flight Simulator version is 1.33.8.0.
A318 Version is 2.1.0.

Ok, I attached 3 screenshot here.


Screenshot 1: You can see the synoptic pages button on the central pedestal. They are all illuminated, but not clickable with mouse. The "APU" page came up automatically since I was just starting the apu. I could not capture the position of the mouse cursor but the arrow was just over the "cond" button. The cursor stayed as an arrow, did not trasform in the "interactive" hand. In the zone slightly up the right pedal, you can see the weird "circle" in the middle of the view (cannot be moved with mouse, but if you move the view with hatswitch and leave mouse still, it appears).
Screenshot 2: Same situation as before, but with the door handle. In this picture, the white circle is not visible.
Screenshot 3: The sunshades. Same problem, they are not clickable.

Just noticed image attachment doesn't work anymore.

I just would like to remark that seems you have to install the A318 only if you want to replicate the issue.
I cannot verify that, since I only have the 318, but the other user said that when he installed the A319 the problem solved itself.

Please let me know if you need further detail.
