Hi, sorry about this, this happens when both FSX/P3d versions of KBWI are installed in an incorrect order. Send me email to support(at)latinvfr.com so we can send you the files you need to put so you have the jetways.

Thanks for the reply Ricardo. So I tried a different aircraft and the jetway worked normally. First aircraft was a freeware 737-800, and the second was a Payware Airbus A-320. Would you happen to know if there is a way to edit the door config on the 737 so it will work correctly with the jetways..?...

now that's extremely odd. Can you try with a different aircraft to see if the there is a problem with the door config on that airplane?

replied to this customer via email and his problem is solved by doing this:

on the FSX installation, it installs a file on fsx/scenery/world/scenery

its an elevation file it starts with MKJS, can you find it and send it to p3d/scenery/world/scenery?

1- yes they are expected because it hasn't been tested

2- send us images (photos) of the issues to support(at)latinvfr.com so we can se what can be done.

3- not at present no plans yet.

go to your 'documents' then go to 'prepar3dv4 addons' select the Miami_KMIAv3 and delete it.

then go to p3d/latinvfr and delete the Miami_KMIAv3 folder

that's it.
