LatinVFR Fort Lauderdale KFLL hotfix 2

We have combined both hotfixes and is now hotfix 2.
No need to uninstall.
1- (hotfix 2) CTD’s on certain systems due to the slopedair.dll
2- (hotfix 1) Fixed persistent issue with missing SODE windsocks on some systems.
