MHRO for P3D5: rogue "island" next to shore line

Hi,

I just installed MHRO for P3D5 and see this rogue island next to MHRO shore line (please look at screenshots). How do I get rid of this piece of extra land?

Hi Ricardo,

thanks for your help. I actually just started installing P3D5, so at this point MHRO is the only addon I've installed in that area yet.

But: I still have my P3D4 installation with most of my addons on the same drive. So could it be that SODE-related files might be the origin of the problem? I have quite a few addons for the Caribbean region running on P3D4, some of them with SODE-based elements, for example MMUN-Cancun, MRLB-Liberia, MPTO-Tocumen. Unfortunately P3D4 and 5 share the same SODE-Installation, which is kind of messy, from my point of view. Could this be the right track?

Hi Ricardo,

sorry for my delayed response, I was out of town. As you suggested I deactivated Vector and now the "island" has disappeared. So your "hunch" was really good! ;)

So do I have to keep Vector disabled or will there be some kind of "workaround" in the future?

Ideally keeping another addon disabled is not a good option. Perhaps asking on the ORBX forum on how to disable that specific file that touches that area would be better.

Hey Eric (and others). Sorry for dragging up an old post but I have the exact same issue, P3Dv5 and everythign looks OK apart from this offshore island that isnt there in real life. Does anyone know what the fix is to Orbx Vector to exclue this area? I'm guessing removing a BGL somewhere would work but there are so many. Hoping someone can help
