No download link or serial number

Purchased your Static Aircraft Collection yesterday (Order#19723) Have yet to receive a download link or serial number. What gives?

hi, you need to download the contrail app. Getcontrail.com

then on the bottom left hand corner you will see a part to 'connect' to latinvfr.com and put your credentials on it then it will download and install automatically.
