So in MSFS my ground services that came with the game will not spawn and i was wondering if i buy AREX will it show up or will the not because of the default services that don't show up. If i do get them and they dont work will there be a refund?

Hi,

AREX animations and actions behave EXACTLY as the default ground service and animations.

So if you have an issue presently, it will be the same. Most of airport issues are resolved by doing a third party airport, something that AREX doesn't change.

And about refunds, we don't actually do any refunds.

Ok so when I spawn at a gate in MSFS the ground services I can’t see so it will be the same if I buy your ground handling correct

Hi, I happen to see that on some gates on some aircraft. So yes it may still happen.
