I am having issues.
I am starting cold and dark at Heathrow and despite me setting the aircraft up, the APU won't start and the screens all stay black in the aircraft. The systems only work if you start a flight directly from the runway.

Yes. Nothing will switch the aircraft on. Even the tablet has a black screen. When I go through the process of starting the aircraft from cold and dark, the screens all stay black, including the EFB.

Yeah we gonna send another update optimizing, this is a problem that happens on certain airports due to performance. It happens with many other aircraft addons as well. Our apologies.
We suggest in the meantime that on those airports try to start on the runway.

@RicardoLVFR any dates when we can expect? I also purchased an A330-900, the plane is great. Unfortunately the black screens make it very inconvenient to enjoy the aircraft, if you eliminate this it will be perfect!

Another thing I've been having trouble with is when taxiing. It is incredibly hard to make turns with the A330. I get the plane is a large, heavy airliner but sometimes it isn't making a turn at any speed I try. The turning circle is like that of an oil tanker.
