Avionics Update - Early 2024

Post by PilotPro » Sat Dec 23, 2023 3:48 pm

Hello dear developers!

I want to ask, if you can share some teaser screenshots and feature list of the upcoming avionics update for the A339 first(then A340)?

That would be very nice, so we can see what to expect and maybe give some feedback!

And another question: when do you expect to give the update to the A32X family?

Keep up the great work and stay healthy!

Kind regards

Hi, sorry for the delay, we took some days off recently.

Avionics is first coming to the A330neo and then passed down to the A32x family. We expect in the early months of 2024 to be ready.

Will the avionics upgrade be comparable to the upcoming Inibuilds A320neo?

No it won't be comparable. We are aiming for entry level-mid range. Not high fidelity or study level.

And we prefer to be upfront and transparent about it as we don't like to make a lot of hype and have high expectations of comparing with other developers.

ok, as inibuilds A320 will be a default aircraft (along with the original default) I guess I was just hoping that would be used. With default planes like the A310 and the upcoming improved A320, guess I was just hoping for more. Still for us XBox users, your Airbuses are the best we can get.:)

Hi, we can't use inibuilds work, since its not done by microsoft but sub contracted to inibuilds, and also we have started to do our own. So we are try to look at things long term.
