A330 vertical speed

Hello!!!

I need around 30min to achieve 36000 feets with the A330, is that normal??

Depending on loads it might, however that will be reduced with the next update which we hope it will be released next week which improves engine performance on climb to cruise.

I’ve found though not accurate, use a large Cost Index, 120 works good for me for FL370, but I might even put CI 135 for FL400.

I got used to the slower climb, and have many times not made it to crz. But since doing that, even with full passengers and auto freight, the climb is not too much different from what you’d expect from a bigger heavier aircraft than the A320 etc.
