AREX South America baggage not working

Hi Ricardo,

I uninstalled all add-ons via their dedicated uninstaller, double checked the community folder clean, and also removed all my payware airport purchased via in-sim marketplace, to ensure no external Livingworld file was present.
I deleted Content.xml file and loaded FS2020.
No luck unfortunately: baggage truck in AREX regions still doesn't work. Now the only thing I can think as a "cause" is that i have just South American/Tropical AREX region, and no previous regions installed.

Is someone else who posted here in the same situation?

I hope you will be able to figure out the problem, if you need any other debug check, let me know.

We apologize for the problems, we have just updated AREX South America Tropics to 1.0.1 fixing this issue. Open the contrail app and download the latest version. Our apologies.

Hello again Ricardo,

I purchased some days ago AREX North America, and I noticed the same bug as described in this topic with AREX South America (the baggage truck is stuck in its parking position and doesn't move).
I have the other regions too and they work flawlessy, so I think maybe in the NA region there is the same bug you found in SA following my ticket.
